Claas/Klincke: Wire in a new dimension.
-
CHQ wire
FThis is used to manufacture connecting elements and cold-formed parts with exacting requirements for cold workability. These wires are distinguished by optimal conditions in the material structure, surface quality, geometry and mechanical properties.
-
THROUGH-HARDENABLE ROLLER BEARING WIRE RODS
For the production of rolling elements such as needle rollers, balls and various roller bodies. The ingot and strand cast material deployed for them is exclusively sourced from certified suppliers of precursor materials.
-
Heat-treatable spring steel wire
For the production of springs with special properties. Cr-, V- and Mo-alloyed variants. Execution with the highest degrees of spheroidization.
-
Tool steel wire
For the production of high-quality tools such as screwdriver blades, offset screwdrivers, drills, punching dies, chisels, knives or extrusion tools. Cr-, V- and Mo-alloyed variants with very good forming properties.
-
C-wire
Quality steel wires for the production of sophisticated products by bending, compression, rolling or embossing. C-ranges are available from 0.02 % to 0.95 % on an infinitely sliding scale.
THE CLOSURE OF THE A45 MOTORWAY
The full closure of the A45 motorway is increasingly becoming a daily challenge for businesses that depend on this vital south/north link.
NEW BUILDING / EXTENSION
The construction project opens up new perspectives in the areas of production, annealing, wire storage, common rooms and a space for administration covering an area more than 3,000 m2.
WIRE 2022
After more than 4 years, WIRE is finally taking place again. From june 20 to 24, Claas/Clincke Drahtwerke will be showcasing its products and services at a familiar location in hall 12, booth B31.
THE FUTURE STARTS NOW
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW HALLS 7 + 8 COMPLETED
After a construction period of less than 2 years, building of Halls 7 + 8 is complete; Production and Logistics are operating.
WE DRAW AND FINISH WIRE.
QUALITY
At CLAAS/KLINCKE Drahtwerke, cold-heading wires, bearing wires, spring wires and C wires are manufactured with high Quality and reliability standards. Quality assurance and quality maintenance are the focus of quality management. Both companies are certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. The use of the latest generation of production equipment ensures consistently high quality. State-of-the-art measuring and testing systems form the basis for complete documentation.
FLEXIBILITY
Manufacturing tolerances are monitored with state-of-the-art laser measuring equipment. Optimum process sequences ensure short process times and a continuously high quality of the drawn wires. Intensive cooperation between the two companies creates a high degree of flexibility and reliability.FULL SERVICE
Max W. Claas GmbH & Co. KG and Hermann Klincke J. H. Sohn GmbH & Co. KG offer a unique full service with high consulting competence, customer-specific solutions, optimised wires and short throughput times. Individual product designs such as crown stands, coils, conically wound coils, plastic spools, rings, transport bundles up to 6,000 kg, returnable pallets, disposable pallets, woods and much more demonstrate customer-oriented thinking and action. Experience the capability of the CLAAS/KLINCKE wire plants.
HIGHTECH
At the CLAAS/KLINCKE wire plants, customer-specific wires in diameters of 0.50 - 50.00 mm are drawn on modern single and multiple drawing machines. Two modern hood annealing lines with HICON® H2 annealing technology, fully automatic program sequence, 9 sockets, 5 heating hoods, 4 cooling hoods, automated CQI-9-capable annealing processes and socket outputs of 40 to 65 t obtain degrees of moulding up to 100 % and guarantee reproducible microstructure properties. The surface treatment plant consists of three pickling lines and can process wire rings with ring diameters of up to 2,000 mm and a weight of up to 5,000 kg.
